This policy explains how Profit Extra Ltd (Профит Екстра ЕООД) ("ProfitXtra", "we") processes personal data through profitxtra.com and our partner platform.

Partnership data — identification and payment details needed to pay commissions and meet legal obligations;

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and assess a partnership (basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract);
To operate your partner account, track conversions and pay commissions (basis: performance of a contract);
To comply with applicable law, including disclosure and tax reporting duties (basis: legal obligation);

4. Sharing
