These terms govern participation in the affiliate programme of Profit Extra Ltd (Профит Екстра ЕООД) ("ProfitXtra"). By registering you accept them.

1. Eligibility

Partners must be individuals aged 18 or over, or legal entities. We may decline or terminate participation at our discretion, including where we suspect a breach of law or of an operator's terms.

2. How the structure works

ProfitXtra is the contracting affiliate with the operators. Partners receive tracking links carrying a personal sub-ID and promote through their declared channels. Partners must declare every channel they promote through and notify us of changes.

3. Commissions and tiers

Commission is set by the partner's tier as published on our licence page. Tiers are assessed on trailing 12-month commissions. Any tax due at source is withheld by the operator.

4. Payouts

Payouts follow the published schedule, subject to the minimum threshold and valid payment details. Delays by an operator may postpone the corresponding payout. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant statement.

5. Prohibited practices

• Fraudulent, bot or incentivised traffic;
• Promotion to under-18s or to self-excluded players;
• Misleading claims about bonuses, winnings or guarantees;
• Use of protected trademarks in paid search without written permission;
• Promotion of operators not approved in the platform.

Breach may lead to withholding of amounts connected to the breach and termination of the partnership.

6. Liability

Partners are responsible for the content of their own channels and for complying with applicable law and each operator's advertising requirements. ProfitXtra is not liable for lost profits arising from changes to operator terms or applicable law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time on written notice. Validly earned commissions up to termination are paid on the usual schedule.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are published here with a new last-updated date.

9. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes fall to the competent Bulgarian courts.
